拾米屋戚風為靈感    TERRA 精選南美洲產區可可碎粒

注重烘烤麥芽香氣及口感表現,以輕盈酒體風格為特色的英式波特,是最適合詮釋拾米屋招牌戚風的啤酒風格。使用 TERRA 精選、果酸香氣表現出眾的產區可可碎粒,加入高溫沸騰麥汁中一同釀造。蜜餞及煙燻果乾般的木質調性,來自於哥倫比亞的 Tumaco 產區可可豆。秘魯 Gran Nativo Blanco 可可豆發酵後則帶出如紅酒般的收斂感及明亮果酸,賦予酒液豐富的莓果香氣。

 

拓展藝術的邊界    拾米屋甜點工藝轉譯酒標設計

戚風蛋糕細緻柔軟又有彈性,可說是最純粹且最能品嚐到食材原味的甜點,也因此成為「拾米屋」甜點主廚 Yvonne 的最愛。店內招牌口味波特酒巧克力戚風更是全年熱賣,成為合釀的契機緣起。新鮮烘烤一塊濕潤蓬鬆、帶有完美細緻氣孔的波特酒巧克力戚風。蛋糕切面透過鏡頭轉譯為影像,以巧克力鮮奶油淋面滑落的不規則線條做為裁形靈感,並在底部壓上一張英文花邊襯紙,做為酒標盛盤。
