沾梅粉的芭樂啤酒? 來自甘草芭樂攤的味覺記憶

源自於十六世紀的德國,Gose 鹽小麥是一種帶有礦物鹹味、口感偏酸的古老啤酒類型。廿一世紀的台灣版本使用在地小麥,以乳酸菌發酵帶出清新酸味、香氣濃郁的土芭樂增添更多酸甜層次。煮沸過程中則加入屏東後灣珊瑚礁鹽,扮演畫龍點睛的重要調和角色。幽微的天然礦物鹹味揉合了檸檬酸韻及土芭樂的熱帶果香,疊合成柔順易飲的夏日酒體。

鹹香月光揭開神秘儀式,信徒歡慶著芭樂、珊瑚礁鹽和甘梅粉的命定相遇

芭樂鹽小麥的釀造過程很有一種儀式感,先是在糖化後的麥汁裡加入乳酸菌,讓香香的麥汁慢慢轉變成酸酸的東西,接著釀酒師會在煮沸階段把土芭樂汁倒入攪拌、再撒上一層薄薄的珊瑚礁鹽做風味調和。最後擔著發酵重任的酵母再把鍋裡的一切東西變成好喝的芭樂鹽小麥,像施魔法一樣。
   
與李雅雯的初見面,也是帶著魔幻色彩的。天馬行空的想像和源源不絕的妙語如珠,就好像她隨身攜帶了一個充滿神秘力量的小宇宙,讓我們如命定般地相遇,共同創造出這座神祇、精靈和星辰交織出的芭樂烏托邦。
